Natalie & Brian were a breath of fresh air. This breezy couple was so low
key, gorgeous and fun loving that it would have been a super easy
day... if I hadn't sprained my ankle! But even though I was a bit lame,
wow, what images we were able to capture. With my super-man Sam
assisting me the day of, we made it work! Natalie was a Grecian goddess
with flawless make-up by Artistry by Alan hair by Wedding Belles and a
gorgeous flowing gown. Sharon Burns was the ever impressive coordinator
matching the Napa lux venue Brix with amazing florals by Seasons Floral Design. I had a great time shooting this wedding. I really loved the
matching converse for the groomsmen, and all the awesome details were great to shoot.
Thanks Natalie & Brian, your New Orleans' love of life and community
sweetness lifted me up and made me feel like a million bucks when my
ankle was a little worse for wear. Natalie, again, thank you for your
kind praise and get well soon card, it truly touched my heart. It was a
special day, and I was so happy to share it with you both. Enjoy the
pics!

Sokha & Adam, Trentadue Winery, Geyserville, CA
Oh man, I LOVED working with this couple! Sokha & Adam were such a blast to hang out with and photograph. Even in high temperatures, these were some cool kids. This wedding had so much character, color, and flare, which considering my previous encounters with the bride and groom, really didn't surprise me. Sokha was absolutely breathtaking in a princess ballgown with her luxuriously long hair cascading down her shoulders. Adam also knew how to make a lasting impression; he entered the venue with his slick Impala and vintage car motorcade. I really enjoyed using the car as a prop, there were endless photo ops, and Adam's groom pic with the popped hood and wrench in hand was very "handsome mechanic." Trentadue really is a stunning venue and it's beauty was wonderfully complimented with furnishing by Wine Country Party and Event Rentals, and florals by Wine Country Flowers. Again, Ali DiLuvio did not dissappoint! Who else could coordinate something so beautiful for a party of 500 guests! From the amazingly sweet couple, to a super fun bridal party, and dreamy details (like the ring, wow), I really had so much fun with every aspect of this wedding. Thanks again to Sam Maller and Scott MacDonald for my back up photo support. Between you guys, Ali from Ali DiLuvio Events, Kali, Mary and Alyssa from Trentadue's coordination, we made a big job look and feel easy and awesome! Sokha, Adam, my infinite thanks for letting me be a part of your wedding, it was incredible! See more of this wedding from my previous blog: The Triple Wedding Weekend.

Terin & Chuck's Wedding, Brix Restaurant, Napa, CA
Terin & Chuck found me through the darling Jessica Burke and Brix Restaurant's preferred vendor list. As a destination wedding, the couple had planned for an intimate affair with just 16 guests. Unbeknownst to me, however, these people could party! But right from the beginning of the day, I totally knew I'd hit it off with Terin & Chuck. Giggly and out going, Terin and her matron of honor were cracking me up the entire morning. Then, in tune with my personal aesthetic, Terin revealed a gorgeous bouquet by Kimberly Rose Floral Design, a vintage style short dress by Priscilla of Boston, and then matched her look Hollywood starlet lips and heels. The energy of her look totally reflected the fun that followed. Once I met Chuck, I totally got the "Fetty's." Terin & Chuck were up for anything, which really brought some creativity to the day. Our adventure began, with Terin holding a glass of wine in one hand and her ruby slippers in the other. We played on the train tracks waved to the wine train and went up the hill for some fun jumping and twirling against a sapphire sky. By sunset the party was in full swing, and I joined in for some serious dancing. It was a beautiful day, and I've never felt so included in such a fun group. Thanks Terin & Chuck, you made me feel right at home!
