La vie est belle! Life certainly is beautiful with a wedding like this
one. I don't know if it was a dash of sugar with a smidgen of spice, but
whatever the measure, this wedding was an incredible mix of bride and
groom creativity with gifted style realization by Sonja Beazley Burch from Intimate Weddings.
It was a pleasure to work with Sonja again (go team Sonija!) but it was
also so so lovely to see my dear friend and coordinator Sharon Burns stepping in to help. It was also quite the coincidence that I knew the son of the owner of The Hills Estate
property! That said, from top to toe, this was such an incredibly
beautiful and memorable wedding. The property alone was so stunning and
rich with detail that I was like a kid in a candy shop. Allison had
envisioned a Marie Antoinette wedding, and I could not have imagined a
better locale. Of course, Allison & Yuri left no detail untouched.
Everything was lovingly considered or crafted, with oodles of DIY. I
adored Allison's ombre dress, amazingly unique shoes, florals by Garden Party and hair and makeup by Bella Bridal. Versailles met Napa for this wedding, and it was epic.
